Maps and Location

AM Eats uses Google Maps to display maps and let you choose a delivery pin. Google receives map requests and related device and network information under the Google Privacy Policy and Google Maps terms.

Your device location is requested when you choose “Use current location.” You can decline location access and select a delivery pin manually. Your confirmed delivery coordinates are used to check delivery availability and saved with recipient addresses or orders when you submit them. AM Eats does not track your location in the background.

Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

AM Eats does not store your credit or debit card information.

Restaurants

Restaurants receive only the information necessary to prepare and deliver your order.

We use industry-standard security to protect your information.
